Welcome Teachers

Unit Purpose

This mini-unit has been designed for a grade 2 class.

The aim is to engage students in self-directed learning of the Technologies curriculum strand.

This unit can be delivered in a series of  three to four 1 hour lessons and students would work in groups to complete the activities located on the student process page.

This unit is designed to be used as a stand-alone resource to teach the Digital Technologies strand of the Australian Curriculum. However, it can also be used in a larger unit of work which would cover both Design and Technologies and Digital Technologies and would cover a term's worth of content.
